Honda CR-Z Specialty Car Cake

I am so pleased when our customers come back to us again to celebrate a special family occasion. Simon and I were asked to carve a Honda CR-Z specialty car cake for a birthday party in Wayne NJ.

I think we captured the dimensions and key features pretty well, right down to the Honda logo. A pretty car!

Under the white and black fondant exterior is lemon coconut cake with passion fruit cream filling.
